What this tool actually does
Process dynamics by frequency band using only the crossover structure and per-band controls implemented by the tool.
Two crossover points split the signal: crossoverLowHz defaults to 180 Hz and crossoverHighHz to 2500 Hz.
Every band carries its own threshold, ratio, attack, release, makeup gain, mute and solo, plus a master gain.
Mute and solo per band let you hear one band on its own before exporting.
The panel derives a smoothed gain-reduction figure per band from the active parameters and shows it next to the crossover controls.
Export re-renders the timeline offline with the crossover and per-band settings and writes WAV, MP3 or AIFF.
